Who we are
From the corporate, public and charitable sectors, our coaches are all qualified, recommended and trusted in their field of expertise.
Skilled in leadership and team development, Andy is an experienced facilitator with a business and psychology background, specialising in mental toughness, and the development of metacognitive ability for leaders. Andy has successfully supported public, non-profit and private sector organisations through individual and group coaching development activities as well as consulting on organisation wide leadership development programmes. He is currently researching mindsets and their relationship with effective leadership for his PhD.
With a background in psychology, emotional intelligence and personality profiling, Kim has worked at a senior level within organisational development and leadership and management development. She is a skilled strategist and practitioner, with experience of successfully developing, implementing and managing talent development programmes and training courses. Kim is a specialist in stress management at both the individual and organisational level and she is as comfortable supporting an individual leader through tough times as she is guiding a board to create a culture of wellness
